Dave Barry and I will be signing copies of Peter and the Shadow Thieves at the Contemporary Hotel on November 3rd. It should be a wild time, as Disney knows how to throw a party.
NO WAY!!!! That's the day I'm going to Disney. Hopefully I cantalk my mom into stopping by the resort before we go to the park! Hope to see you there!!!!!
Last time we did 2 signings: one in the morning (9AM I think) and one in the late afternoon. Hopefully it will be the same this time.

Are you and Dave also going to be going to the parks and like just spend the day riding rides and all that or is it just for the book signing?
We'll be signing books on Friday. Not sure beyond that.

You said on the forum that you will be going to Animal Kingdom in September to do research for the sequel. Do you plan on making other trips to Walt Disney World for research fr the book?
I hope so. For Kingdom Keepers I made three or four trips. I would imagine I'd do the same for book #2.
Can I also bring my copies of "The Kingdom Keepers" and "Peter and the Starcatchers" for you and Dave to sign or is it stictly for "Peter and the Shadow Thieves"?

ridley, are you going to be at Disney in October
Disney World is huge, and soo different than Disneyland. But neither can be said to be better, they're so different, amazing in their own right. My favourite Disney ride of all is Space Mountain in Disneyland USA and my favourite Disney World ride is Expedition Everest. The park that i havent been to yet that i want to go to most is Tokyo DisneySea.

I'd like the third Kingdom Keepers to incorporate DisneySea
Ridley, I have some news. When I went to Disney World in August last summer I went on Splash Mountain. And remember the part of the ride when Brer Fox is about to smash a bee hive on Brer Rabbit? Well, someone had gotten out of their seat and had twisted Brer Fox's head backwards and that really made me upset. People that work for the Disney Company put so much life into those characters and then someone has to mess it all up! The castmembers that were there at the ride were told, closed the ride for the day, and fixed the problem. I got to go on it but I would like people to know that when you go to a place like Walt Disney World respect it like it was your own. Please remember that.

I would NEVER condone messing with ANY part of Disney's attractions. They're just too great. That's vandalism as far as I'm concerned and should be dealt with appropriately. Besides, folks: they have cameras... you WILL be caught.
^That's really disapointing. a real magic ruiner.

It's like my paper on Vandalism at school, I should add that in my presentation. Ohh and Ridley, my last trip to Disney was 9/15-17/06.
You should Have them go back into space mountain and look for something, It could be one of the Planets, and save Snow White from the Snow white Ride. That would be awesome

I think it is so cool that the new Kingdom Keepers is going to be in Animal Kingdom.
That is my favorite park.
I love that Kilimanjaro Safari.

I was wondering what YOUR favorite attraction at WDW was?
Also, were you an avid Disney fan before writing KK or did you decide to start getting involved just for the books?
