I'm thinking the DA's likely to be reluctant to accept a plea bargain on this one..."It wasn't me!" just isn't gonna fly very far...
I think the dude should get punishment, time served... has anyone else made a similar mistake?
I used to dip in the army, would have one bottle of heineken w/ beer the other empty for spitter, at least once I mixed them up... I'm getting ill just thinking about it, and it was my own spit! Think how much someone elses chaw spit would compound matters!
(Ralf! Ewwgh!) Dude will never be able to walk into 7-Eleven again w/o hurling at the sight of the soda founts!
OK, I don't know where to post this and the help section isn't much help. How do I start a new header for a new thread and then how do I post labels for comments (not necessary, that I know, but nice touch).
