I really love the stones on the ground in front of the park (the ones that have the names of different families on them). My family has a stone from 1994 and we love to go and look at it everytime we go to Disney. It's really special and my mom is convinced that it is good luck! :)
Oh and Pirates/Space mountain are my favorite rides of course!
Well, having worked at WDW during college and been there countless times with my family as an adult, I have to say Main Street is my favorite. There is nothing like the first walk under the trainstation each trip. The sights, the sounds and all the activity, no matter what time we arrive. Watching my kids' faces when they see the castle, it doesn't get any better than that. I must add that having just read Kingdom Keepers with my daughter, I'll be looking around a little closer next time we go!
Will youa and Dave Barry be making a sequal to Peter and the Shadow Theives? I am almost finished with it and i want to know if there will be anymore books to the seires?
I like the Sword in the Stone in Fantasyland. Once when I went I pulled the sword out. I got a certificate and was called King of Disney World!....For the day
I'm not sure... I went this July and was blown away by all the differences between the Magic Kingdom and Disneyland... I love Fantasyland, and the Castle is amazing! I love meeting the characters and seeing them in the parades.
My favorite part of the magic kingdom is the area in front of peacos bills cafe. were you can see splash mountain, but i like it best at night waiting for spectro magic to start.
Hey Riley, I no i've already tooken up space in three blogs, but still, I would like to say, my favorite part of Magic Kingdom is Main Street. I say this because, main St. has all the shops like the one Finn got his close in, and it would also be cool if you had the sequal having to do with something in Walt's statue, but, atleast not Distroy it, I know you said you would never vandalize disney, I don't know who would. Peace Out
My favorite place in the whole park? THIS is a tough one! I've been there SO many times, 12 i think. I'm just going to list a few, because I have so many. One of them is Casey's Coner at night just before the fireworks. It's an amazing view, and if you get there at the right time, you can stake out a spot for the show. I also love the small Chip and Dale statue because I love Chip and Dale! Lastly, I would say that my on top of everything, all time favorite, no doubt about it place in the park would be on that first day when you arrive in WDW and you walt down Main Street. To me, it feels like the weight of the world is lifted off my shoulders.
I love wdw i just went to mickeys not so scary halloween party last night and i love that event but if i had to pick something it would be walt disneys carousel of progress the reason i love it is my moms favorite thing no matter what we always make time to see it
I love the Philharmagic show. It is just like the rest of Disney, AWESOME! There is great 3-D animation and the wind, smells, music, and water make you feel like you are there. I also like Toontown. I especially like Mickey and Minnie's houses. I love it all really.
My favorite spot. The haunted mansion of course. Especially all of the tomb stones.
And I still remember what you said about me in your first book. Just remember, some people think you are a human, but I REALLY know that you are a troll!
I'v never been to either Disney Parks. once my grandpa said we would go at chritmas but then he chanced his mind. I love traveling and I love everything disney so i was wondering are their imagineers at the disneyland resort Paris? i would want to be one, someday i mean it's like a combination of traveling and working for disney, that would be great. am i being too persona?l
I have to start off with saying that I just discovered your book, The Kingdom Keepers. I am reading it to my 3rd graders right now, we have about 80 pages left. They are enthralled!!! (And, they made me promise I wouldn't read ahead.) We live in central Florida, so most of us have been to Disney quite a few times, which makes the book all the more exciting. I have also seen Disneyland, and it shocked me how different the two were. Disney World is so hidden from everything until you get inside, but Disneyland is right there on the corner with a chain-link fence separating you from the magic. I much prefer Disney World! My absolute favorite ride is the Carousel of Progress!!!
Currently, my favorite ride is either Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, or the Mark Twain Riverboat, I know not many people, like the Mark Twain, (I didn't either!) but then one day, I was waiting in line for the Mark Twain, when one of the cast members walked up to me and my brother and asked if we would like to drive (of course it's on a track, but it's still really cool), it's that kind of magic that makes Disneyland, Disneyland!
hmmm, At WDW I'd say the TTA because you get such a great view of tomorrowland and Cinderella Castle. At DL I really like New Orleans Square during Christmas The garland hung from building to buidling is really nice and the train station there is a really tranquil area. :) Mmmmm cookies
My fav part of the park is def. Main Street due to the fact that i currently work there :P. I also love the space between Cosmic Ray's Cafe & The Tea Cups.
My favorite part of the Magic Kingdom is the TTA or people-mover because it is a rather overlooked attraction in the park, the most fun is when there isn't anyone waiting to get on and the cast members let you just stay on instead of getting back in line! My other favorite part of the Magic Kingdom is the restaurants inside Cinderella Castle and The Crystal Palace, the food is great but the magic is even better :)

My favorite part of the magic kingdom would have to be tomorrowland (ive only been to DLR) because the futuristic taste is there and ASIMO (the honda robot) is totally awesome! It has a mind of it's own!Space Mountain is my favorite ride though..and I enjoyed reading Kingdom Keepers :) (it's my no.1 book!)
I love FANTASMIC!!!!!! I love going to see all the Disney princces and Mickey and friends! But it changed, I liked it better the way they use to have it. and the Disney Parade of Lights! It's sooo beautiful!!!
And my favorite rides are Pirates and Rockn' Rollcoaster! Definetly!
My favorite part of WDW is Main Street because it is the begiinging of the magical day you will have WDW. It is filled with great stores but for me it is more about being filled with anticipation.
I don't remember Disneyland as much, so I have many more memories at the Magic Kingdom. It's not seen as an important attraction, but one of my fondest memories is going through Minnie's home at Toontown.
I would have to say the jungle boat ride would have to be my fave cause my mother fell in the water last year trying to climb into the boat...so funny, and then the next day they remembered her at the front gate when her ticket wouldn't work, it was so funny, but I felt bad too cause it was partially my fault she fell in lol...that was so funny...lol she laughs now at it too...lol
Hmm... my fav. spot..... Probably in the castle looking at the mural things. OR seated around the partners statue staring at the castle in amazement... while eating a giant turkey leg!
I also like sitting there watching Wishes! Total KK fan, Tapestry of Nations
Mr. Ridley, My favorite part of the Magic Kingdom is the Cinderella Castle . It is the most magical place in the world to me. All of the urban legends surrounding it make it one of hte most mythical places in the world, in my point of view. Whenever I go to Disney World, which is at least twice a year, I spend a while just sitting on one of the benches and staring up at its majesty. It awes me everytime that I see it.

I love it's a small world.
I also like the atomosphere of the park. It's really believable.

The Rise of Chernabog...
I've never been to Disney or florida for that matter.
phillar magic is awesome, but I miss the lion king show.

you said " The Rise of Chernabog " earlier. Is Chernavog the leader of the villains mentioned in the first KK ?
Kingdom Kid:
You'll have to read the second book to find out!
Thanks to the teacher reading KK to her students. Tell them I'm hard at work on #2!!

it would have to be any "secret" crevices in the caves at tom sawyer island because you can scare people in there
i would have to say tom sawyer's island because it is a rather secluded spot in the park
definetly peter pans flight (THE BEST RIDE EVER!) and the castle. best place in the world!
My fav part of the park is def. Main Street due to the fact that i currently work there :P. I also love the space between Cosmic Ray's Cafe & The Tea Cups.
