Plans and Stuff
There are some fun ideas and plans happening, and keep checking the blog because I will tell you as I hear/decide anything. I hope to add fun stuff to the web site shortly ( a month or so ) and I think I will know more about books tours, etc. (ANYONE is welcome at my adult, crime novel book tours, so you don't have to wait for a YA book to publish.)
I will definitely be appearing in St Louis, Houston and Scottsdale, AZ June 30-July 3, so keep an eye on appearances page.
Also, Dave Barry and I will be signing and appearing at the Book Expo of America in New York in late May (a month away!), and I will also be signing advanced reader copies of KK3 at the BEA, so if you have a favorite bookstore you might mention the signings.

Dave and I will be doing a big tour for Peter and the Sword Of Mercy, including a trip to Disney World, and I imagine I'll be doing some kind of tour for Steel Trapp 2... so there should be a lot of chances to catch up with you. Dave and I will also sign at Disneyland (we think) in early September.

^ ARCs usually come out a few months prior to the books original release. Their basically the unfinished product, if I'm not mistaken.

Cool! The book tours sound really cool, and I'm super excited about KK3, since its my fav series, and my fav park, (Epcot!) I am probably also going to read Peter, and I'm hoping that I'm camping over in Disney World when you're there! I don't know if I will read the first chapters of KK3, cause then I wouldn't be able to read the rest. hmmmm..., who am I kidding I'm gonna read it anyway!

Wow! That's soo awesome Ridley!! I hope you come do a book signing at Disneyland or the Disneyland area!! I cant wait to read a few chapters of KK3! It would be really cool if you did a Steel Trapp tour!! I loved the first book!! I also cant wait till Peter and the Sword of Mercy! So many books I am looking forward too!! If you ever tour for anybook and do a signing of the Kingdom Keepers books, please think about going in the Disneyland area... hehe. Cant wait for all the books!! ;-)

I can't wait for the fourth book to come out (Peter and the Sword Of Mercy). I Loved the first one and i thi nk i'm going to read the second one soon. It's a really cool name for a book, and i hope that the book will be even cooler.

ridley- one thing i would absolutely LOVE to see in one of your kingdom keeper books would be an adventure into the disney water parks =) it doesnt have to be a book centered around the water theme parks, just maybe an adventure into it to rescue something or ANYTHING at all. its just that whenever i go to disneyworld for vacation, the water parks are always a must and it'd be really interesting and exciting if you could possibly incorporate either typhoon lagoon or blizzard beach or both! into your stories. =)

you should consider writing a seiries of books for each amusement park in tampa and orlando.other amusement parks heard about how the kingdom keepers did such a great job,and they want them to protect their parks too.
