Could he have JUST come off of Mission Space? He's dizzy so that means everything is blurry and in that case, he doesn't know where he is!!!
Maybe he's lost in the Pirate's of the Caribbean Ride. It was the last ride Disney made and is the second darkest ride in Disney World.
A few years back, I bumped into a wall and lost my glasses (due to the poor lighting). Even with contacts, I once got lost and went the wrong way.
I was also lucky enough when I broke my foot, my family and I were able to through the secret wheelchair access passage. There is a large green gate. Behind it stores all of the plants. It is beautiful back there! Anyway, you have to go through one of the exits which takes you through this hallway no one else gets to go through. It's darker in that hallway than in that actual maze of the line.

Also, one of the literal fuzzy places in EPCOT is probably Maelstrom or Living with the Land. The literal fuzziest place in Disney World is DEFINITELY Animal Kingdom.
Another really dark ride where your vision gets blurry is Rockin' Roller Coaster.

Well... i looked back at KK1 and COMPLETELY agree with Megan who posted at 7:50 am. That is definately from the first chapter. Hmmm... I'm pretty sure he didn't mean fuzzy as "Sweater" fuzzy, but like sight fuzzy. Maybe the WDW Teacups?!!!!!
What if Ridley is a DHI and the overtakers are messing with them and he's getting fuzzy.

No, it can't be Magic Kingdom. It has to be either the Studios, or Epcot. And actually, Ridley didn't say "That depends on where I am". My guess is either Muppet vision 3D, or Honey I Shrunk The Audience. I mean, it's a screen. When the signal is down, or theres a lot of rain, your TV gets fuzzy.

A fuzzy place in Epcot could be the Vision fuzzy like Test Track and Mission Space. Literal fuzzy could be Maelstrom with the trolls, Japan with all the toys in the shop, or perhaps he's hidden in a crate at Africa, which features topiaries from Lion King, a pretty fuzzy movie.
Another ride that has screens like Honey I shrunk the Audience, is the Gran Fiesta.
But a thought just occured to me. Do you know how everything gets fuzzy when you breath on a really cold window? Maybe he's on the Seas with Nemo in friends. Maybe they have him trapped in part of the ride!
what if he knows that we will think of ideas and write them in so that he can use them for the books! i dont kno maybe!

you guys when i was on wikapdia (sorry about spelling) i saw a kingdom keepers web site it was real popular Ridley even gave an interveiw to them but at the bottom of the page it said web site coming soon from the mind of ridley himself and on his twitter today he said it would on a website so i think thats it
I've got it! I think. The Haunted Mansion and Tower of Terror both have ghosts, correct? They use a lot of diffrent effects,including projection, so that it looks fuzzy and ghost-like!
Maybe the hitchhiking ghosts are overtakers!

there are too many possibilities. I say we try to narrow things down.
I agree with Megan, unless each of us take diffrent rides. I just thought of two things.
1.) I he is stuck in SBS, he might be at one of the hotels, like Willa and Philby were.
2.) The Overtakers might be monitering us and checking what we say.
Oh, and I think we can cross VMK off the list. After all, it is closed.
Let me guess an overtaker knocked him out stole KK3 and now it most likely come out until he gets it back most likely in 2010???:(

maybe, to look on a different side of things and possibilities, this could be happening: in his twitter it says he's moving back from China to the USA. since he's moving back from china to the usa, he might feel a little confused and blurred out. He might not be sure where he is because you know as they say, 'home is where the heart is' and his heart may be in china but he will soon be in the usa. Lol, my very long theory.... haha
but i would also consider the o-takers and such kidnapping him... hmm...
The manuscript is basically the whole story! The overtakers might have stolen it because it has too much of their secrets in it. They don't want to risk them being found out.
Although KK1 and 2 were successfully published and read by lots of people, this one has to have too much info for the overtakers liking.
Like I said before: Overtakers hate when the heroes find out too much. We must watch our backs...(the suspense is killing me lol)
If you remember correctly, VMK is not closed but rather "deactivated" because of the Overtakers
Also, we really should watch what we say...the OT (overtakers) could be following what we are typing...if we figure out where Ridley is the OT could move him to a new location and then we would be on a wild goose chase
Unfortunatly either none or few of us have been to Hong Kong Disney, so there is little chance we could break down all the locations in the park. I'm trying to break down the map online. So far, it's only the Magic Kingdom. So that gets rid of our Epcot therios :( Anyway here is a list of some of the possible Hong Kong locations (yes, in code)

Also, last night I had a dream and I kept hearing the same thing over and over again: The Key is in the Stone. Maybe when you pull the sword out of the stone or twist it or something at night the carosel lifts up and there is our lost manuscript, hopefullly.
I bet the Fed-Ex guys were hijacked by the OT and have that manuscript. HOW CAN DISNEY LOSE A 400 PAGE PACKET!!! It's not like they say, "This isn't double spaced. Let's throw it out."!! Let's hope it doesn't fall into the wrong hands...

I still think Figment is pure evil. He's so annoying! (If any of you got stuck on that ride for 20 minutes towards the end and he doesn't stop singing, you know what I mean!)
Once, I got stuck in the Carosel of Progress when the ride is supposed to be going to a different set and that song was running continuosly non-stop for about 20 minutes...it can make you realize that the Small World song is nothing compared to it)

If you look at Kingdom Keepers 3 on Amazon, the plot of the book has been put up. Just a heads up. Sounds awesome. Love that Soarin' has been put in the book.
When Ridley said on Twitter that Disney might make a website to help find the manuscript. I hope that means a puzzle site. I'd love a tie in like that.
I've know where Ridley is being held! He's being held by the Queen of Hearts in the Alice in Wonderland ride in Disneyland! I mean, in Wonderland everything is backwards, so Ridley wouldn't know where he is.
Maybe Ridley is in another dimension and he can only talk to us in our dreams! I thought I saw Ridley in my dreams last night! (I also saw Harry Potter and Simon from American Idol)
The sword in front of cinderella's castle does release during the show! Maybe there's a key into Escher's Keep. Oh boy, I shouldn't have just said that the otakers might be monitering us.
I've thought up some places where Ridley might be held. I read part of the first chapter of Disney after Dark on amazon.com. I found the place where Finn say's "That depends on WHERE I am."
In the second sentence in that paragraph it says, 'This felt like no dream he'd ever experienced'. Maybe Ridley is lost in some other dimension like Anonymus at 1:52 said, where he can only talk to us through our dreams.
Also, the book begins beside the flagpole in Town Square, so maybe Ridley is being held captive (or hiding from the Otakers) at the flagpole.
Or maybe Ridley is hiding near the statue of Goofy sitting on the bench near Main Street. I thought of that because that's where Finn meets Wayne.
Maybe Chip and Dale or Goffy have something to do with the missing manuscript because they were the first characters Finn sees come to life.
maybe he cant figure out which country hes in at EPCOT...?? it kinda takes me awhile to figure it out!

The Summary:
When Disney Imagineers installed hologram guides for the Magic Kingdom, using teenage models they had no idea the technology might backfire. But backfire it did: some nights when the kids go to sleep, they wake up in one of the Disney parks as a hologram.

Maybe Ridley is at the Rockin Roller Coaster in MGM. When you are on that ride it can seem kind of fuzzy where you are.
Or he could be in the World Showcase area where all the different countries are shown in Epcot.

Ridley could be in the Soarin' ride. When you are on that ride you feel like you are soaring over all kinds of different land marks. Flying over so many in so many different places can maker you feel a little fuzzy on where you are. As you continue on the ride you start to feel like you are actually flying over those places. This could make you a little FUZZY on WHERE you are at the MOMENT.
Anyone else have any ideas?

There's a picture (not sure what it was called but it was something like "Mickey smiling over the world") That D23 members just got. It shows Mickey over a sphere and it's a piece of art... Maybe it has something to do with that.
Or the sphere, meaning the world with art- small world?
Maybe he's flying around the world (sphere) TRA with the airport or he's stuck on a plane.
Maybe sphere and rat mean he's halfway across the world (Indiana Jones) where there are rats on the ride? (In Cali at least)

Maybe he's in a 3-D ride? You can't really see where you are because it's dark, and without your glasses the screen is fuzzy. Plus, there are a lot of good hiding places in those theaters to hide a person AND a manuscript.

I doubt it. I was just at Disney last week, & no way could he be in the ride. The Great Movie Ride is just the front of buildings, so there would be no room for him.
& the park's name is now "Disney's Hollywood Studios" not "MGM". MGM pulled out of their contract. :)
