Amazing conference call with the creators of the upcoming KK website and on-line game yesterday. VERY creative team with lots of terrific ideas. It's all still in the early phases, so no secrets to reveal, but what they are aiming for sounds fantastic. Should know much more by the end of the month.
There also seems room to make the site itself filled with interesting treats. If we recover the video of Wayne and Finn on video chat, for instance, we can post it there. This is getting good!

It is possible to film at disney when there are people there...it just means a lot of extras...that's all
Also, there would have to be actors for the website...unless it's going to be like our VMK characters...which would make a lot of sense considering in the 2nd book when Philby and Finn were talking to Wayne, they were on VMK...NOT video chat like Skype

They've shot at WDW before yes... but it may take years for the project to be complete so the best we can do is buy the books and hope for the best.... besides we need the game first before the movie ;-)

I've been trying to post something in one of the older posts, but it wouldn't show up. Sorry to get off topic, but this is about the millennium village in EPCOT. Most of the time it is entirely empty, but on the occasion some outside group will use it for meetings and such, but I bet you didn't know who else uses it.

Disney has a choir called Encore!. Once a year, they perform with a full orchestra in the millennium village. over two hundred people perform and earn money for charity. The show is in the summer and in the evening. They try to time it so the intermission in in time for the fireworks. By the time the show's over, the park is closed and completely empty. So, If Ursula makes an appearance, she'll know where to go.

If they're making a game out of Kingdom Keepers, it can't be like VMK, it has to be BETTER than VMK. Better quests, more action, 3D graphics (people everywhere are dying while they find a chance to actually explore the Magic Kingdom in 3D).

a) KK3 on Janurary 2010 ? - not sure wat it means as in the book release or something else
b)The online game shooting ( as in vids. ) in Feb. 2010 - to me this means they DO need actors/actresses

I figured out which video chat Ridley is talking about:
KK2: Finn and Wayne talk for the first time in months since Wayne's mysterious disappearance. Wayne tells Finn about how VMK is open and Finn tells Wayne about how Jes (well, for some reason they keep calling her Jez and Jezabel in the book!)is now a DHI. Then Wayne says "Oh...no" and Wayne goes missing once again.
Some very important points made that I almost forgot:
There are now 6 official DHI's
Finn, Willa, Maybeck, Charlene, Philby, and yes, Jes. The OT were able to turn her into a DHI, thus the kidnapping of her human self and the replacement with her DHI. Is Amanda next? *Dramatic Music*
Wayne is unofficially now a DHI, hopefully to be revealed in the next book
On page 88 (hardcover) at the bottom, it says that within the next 2 years, the DHI franchise will expand to the Disney Cruises and Disney Land...
KK1 is months before KK2. The first book is the end of the summer to some time around early or mid November. We know that Finn, Amanda, and Maybeck are all 14 in the 2nd book. Charlene is probably the youngest (angelface13...or she just hasn't changed it yet).
From deductive reasoning, KK2 is during the summer because there is no talk about school. Most likely, it's been about a year from the start of KK1 to the end of KK2.
Next book will probably take place where the KK2 left off..the start of the search for Wayne
One more thing...
This game will be similar to VMK in looks, but nothing like game play. Read the parts where the KK "play" VMK (1st and 2nd book). Here's an example from KK2:
The little avatars take a couch and block the doorway, preventing anyone from getting into the room. If you played VMK, you would know that the only way to prevent someone from walking into a room is by the owner of the room clicking on the little "i" and blocking people that way.
Are these hints of what the new game will be like?

If we do do ( :-) ) a movie.... im not sure if we should. i mean it be pretty cool but it will probally change the way we see the characters ( the new version of KK1 came out. There is a new cover and it actually shows the characters {how they actually "look" like) i was really shocked on how i thought they were and how they really looked like. So long story short im not sure that the movie deal should happen...does anyone else agree?

I don't like the cover. The kids look about 10 or 11. They're supposed to be 13 or 14! I do like the pic of the castle and the stores though. I think a movie would be cool except they will have to cut out and re-write some parts. They have to get really good actors and actresses too.

Anyway, first, I agree with panda. It won't be like vmk, because it said Maybeck's avatar threw freethrows, and Charlene's brushed her hair in the mirror, which you could never do in vmk. And also, there was never a proximity thing.
Next subject. I know everyone will hate me for this but, I love the new cover that shows what they look like because Willa looks like me and that means I can play her in a movie. Can you blame me? I just hope they keep it accurat...

oh and when i was at disney yesterday fantasmic was ummm, well, how do i say it... ummm SERIOUSLY CRAZY!!!! Ok so at the first show maleficient the dragon wouldnt die!! the dragon stayed out the whole time and they tried to cover her with fog so u couldnt see her. Also, they didnty do all of the fireworks at the end so the dragon wasnt lit up. And at the end after the sorcer mickey's at he top when he's like some imagination huh cuz the dragon was where he normally appeared!!! THen in the second show (i rlly anted ot see what would happen, so i stayed for both) the dragon was gone when i came in, but maleficient nvr became a dragon!!! she just went high up in the air and had her glowing green ceptor, but she did did die at the end (and they had the fireworks and no fog) oh but mickeys hands did that sparkly thing both shows!! (sometime before i had mentioned them not sparkling)
oh and at animal kingdom i finally found the place in KK2 where the tigers are and the bats and stuff (srry if ur not there yet panda, i dont want to ruin it for u) so i finally was asking evry cast memeber where the bats were and most were like wat bats?? or they'd say ask so and so but one knew so i found tht place-y thingy with the ruins and tigers and other animals and omg it was so cool!!! tigers where everywhere and i got a picture of one right next to the window (it was pacing) and they have this totally cool place with a fountain to swim (if i were a tiger i would want to live there so much!!) and when i went to the bird area this something pheasant (tht was huge) jumped out at me!! i freaked out
oh oops its 10/2 srry tht was for the last post too i just relaized its october!! (i just felt like putting exclamations there!!! and i did it again!!!! ok i will stop now -!! or not-) srry im posting so much btw

The last time I went to Disney, the totally changed Fantasmic...taking out the part with Maleficent and the snake COMPLETELY!!! Some people say it's "robotic malefunctions"...lucky for us...we know better.
Also, I have read KK2 twice now...so no worries about spoiling :)
And as for the music, yes they do repeat music...they don't repeat several times in a row which is why the KK knew it was Jes

Hey HST! I live in TX to! The Swine flew is spreading like crazy at my school, and we had a huge storm last nite!! No, tornado,but still. Tomorrow I'm goin to Six Flags! It's no WDW, but hey, take wat u get u kno? Its TX State Faur weekend so like no ones ever at 6 flags!
I love the Mad Hatter and ALice books and the movie, I've read and seen both like a million times!!! Oh oh oh! Tim Burton and Disney are making a new Alice in Wonderland movie, its like a sequel to both books and JOHNNY DEPP IS THE MAD HATTER!!! EEEE!! Srry freak out there, I <3 Johhny, Depp, hes a hilarious actor!!! If u haven't heard a bout it u have to look it up!

NOODLE: Im not sure how to make one myself, you'd probably be better off asking dmg but i have an idea though... you could take constuction paper ( or buy some black hat) fold it into a circle and stick a piece of paper on it with 10/6....idk if tht is accurate to the mad hatter hat in the Alice in Wonderland book(s) but that is my guess...or u could Bing/Google it...:-)

i recommend MGM (hollywood) because they have the osborne (how evr u spell tht) dancing lights and tower of terror and rockin roller coaster and toy stroy mania. I would say magic kingdom also cuz has the big tree and all of those awesome holiday decorations!! idk if theyr done re-doing space mountain tho... Possibly epcot cuz it has soarin and test track but its not holiday-ish-ly decorated.. (tho, of course, all the parks r good) and ya im probably going sometime this christmas season

Disney Sea? Do you mean the Disney Cruise Line? Because there is Tokyo Disney SEA, which is a theme park in Japan, but you're going to Florida...
EPcot isn't holidayish?!? It's probably the most "holidayish" park in Walt Disney World! It has the Holidays Around the World where in each World Showcase pavillion, there's a section which tells you about the holiday traditions in that country, plus several performances a day where they tell you in more detail about the country. There's also the Candlelight Procession, which is a Christian holiday show where a choir sings hymns, and a celebrity guest reads from the Bible (I think. Never been, just read about it). Plus there's an extended version of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth which is amazing. Don't forget the tree lighting ceremony every night, and the lit up arch, which dances to christmas music, along with the Fountain of Nations. Also, there's decorations all over the park. Hah, not festive indeed...
ok i stand corrected (no need to eat me) btw hst EPCOT IS SOOO FESTIVE!!! EVERYONE KNOWS THT (except for me, sadly)

Oh oh oh! I just got back from Wally World (Wal Mart) And me and my mom found this awesome costume fabric pattern for a girl stylish Mad Hatter costume! I begged my mom for it, and being the Mad Hatter for Halloween, We have the school off for Fair Day tomorrow, som I'm gonna work on it then. And it comes with a a hat pattern!! Its so awesome, and the hat should be done by Tues for MH Day! But I cant wear it to school tho... Anyway i'm overly excitd and still on a sugar and scary-ness high from Six Flags Fright Fest yesterday. Tee Hee. So sorry for long post and if I come off weird and stuff right now. -Laughs psychotically- (right spelling?)

___Had some free time and Googled up Walt Disney World...found some fun facts and would like to share:
-Apparently pointing with one finger is rude at DW so cast members point with two or an open palm...
-DW has a secret service..so watch out...
-Cast Members cannot say I DONT KNOW
-Walt designed the lands so you cannot see other lands...
-Cinderella Castle isn't actually that tall... the taller up you go the smaller things get so the tippy top of the castle is half the size it appears... check out the bricks next time you go to MK..they are smaller at the top than at the bottom...
These are just some interesting facts that i found and i hope were a real eye opener next time you go to WDW and DL!

a wisher, the bricks on the castle aren't actually brix. its really a painted wall. i saw tht on the travel channel. and also, magic kingdom is really above the ground because below it is where they run the park and evrything.
And actually, if you ride Splash Mountain and just look straight out on big drop, you can actually see a bit beyond all the lands, except for Liberty Square. But I think that's the only exception.
And skywlkr, I finally understand that. That must be why you have to walk up the ramp to get to the ticket/bag check area.

I f you make a movie you have to do it exactly like the book word for word kind of. It would be hard to do the people thinking. And if you do the video chat thing for the website for the movies you would have to use the same actor.
In 2011 there is going to be a new cruise boat (Disney Dream) if they finish it early I will be able to go on it for my birthday in 2010 (December 15).
