Favourite rides at Epcot:
Soarin'
Test Track
Mission: Space
Journey into Your Imagination (last trip, I was on the ride by myself! I was lucky not to be attacked whilst on the ride :p)
Gran Fiesta Tour
Spaceship Earth

Check out the spouting bowl in the China Pavilion. It's by the fountains in the shop. Very cool if you get it to work!

DHS:
Toy Story Mania
Great Movie Ride
One Man's Dream
Muppetvision
Star Tours
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular

Another thing to look out for is the well on the left of the entrance to Indiana Jones. Ignore the sign outside and pull the rope!

Great attractions that could be interesting for KK4:

Soarin'

Test Track

Living with the Land -- take the Behind the Seeds Tour to learn much more about it -- highly recommended!

Spaceship Earth (of course)

Check out the Kim Possible World Showcase adventure -- I'm sure the overtakers would LOVE to co-opt that bit of technology!

In DHS:

Toy Story Mania (of course)

Star Tours -- imagine if the Overtakers took control of simulator!

Tower of Terror (naturally)

Be sure to check out the Backstage Magic Tour -- there's a lot of firepower there that the overtakers have to be eyeing.

One Man's Dream (hey - what ELSE is in Walt's old office besides the pen and plans??)

I agree with Chuck about the Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure. I literally spent hours playing them! You could incorporate the technology into the story somehow.

Take the Segway tour if you want something fun to do. It was definately worth the money.

Epcot:
Spaceship Earth
Soarin'
Test Track
Mission: Space (it's freezing in there!)
Ellen DeGeneres Ride
All of Epcot Internaltion can be used if the Kingdom Keepers are going around looking for clues (the music could be like clues or something like that)

Maybe a few refrences to the now gone...:
Captian EO movie (staring Michael Jackson, which may return to Tomorrowland, Disneyland in 2010)

Horizons (the only disney ride that had multiple endings which you could selet)

The World of Motion (the building is now the Test Track ride, but it was an awesome ride)

There's a building right outside of the Ellen DeGeneres Ride, called "The Wonders of Life". The area itself isn't really appealing (all about health and how our bodies work), but the area is perfect for a hidden Overtaker hide out. The ride has been taken out and is sometimes used for special effects, yet the building hasn't been used in 5 years...

Hollywood Studios:
The Great Movie Ride
Toy Story Mania
Rock N' Roller Coaster
Tower of Terror (the Hollywood Studio equivilant to the Pirates of the Caribbean captured scene)
Star Tours (will be redone, finally!)
Studio Backlot Tour
One Man's Dream (of course)

(Hollywood Studios shows change every few years)

Here's something interesting...:
Originally, the Great Movie Ride was supposed to be called "The Chinese Theater: Villian Ride." According to the Wikipedia description, "A 3D adventure where WDW visitors would have been menaced by three dimensional recreations of Disney's most famous fiends before the forces of good finally came to their rescue. Planned for the Disney-MGM Studios and would have replaced the Great Movie Ride at Walt Disney World."

Sorry I wrote so much. Hope that this helps!

Epcot: Sourin would be amazing in this book! Test track also just to mention the ride stops alot and sometimes you get stuck in the cold room :O I always fell bad for the people who get stuck in the hot room. Kim possible thing is so cool and fun! I lke all the figment ideas! ( that poor purple dragon is so unappreciated!)
DHS:
Muppets in 3D! I love that ride
You could also use the street area. you know the area that caliand new york. Fantasmic!
and playhouse disey live on stage! jk
Startours and of course tower of terror srry i wrote way to much!

Sweeet! KK4!!! Here's what I would absolutely LOVE to be in the book!!! =D :

Space Ship Earth
Test Track - that could be fun... the DHI's could get on the ride somehow, idk how, but someone would say 'How do you stop this thing?!' then someone else would say 'IDK!!' then they would scream... Sorry for being off topic, i just think that would be REALLY funny.. hehe :)

Tower of Terror - That could play into the book well in my opinion. =)

And The Kim Possible World Showcase adventure! It would be soooo awesome if you put that in the book!! :)

Have fun doing research in Epcot and Hollywood Studios!!

I love going to all of the Disney Parks and I enjoy going to everyone! I am so happy to help you with your research! The hidden mickeys may help kind of like the 3-D writing in the first book finding Wayne. The rides would be for
Epcot: Soarin'(they can fly around Epcot), Living With the Land(The plants can attack them). Test Track(The car can go crazy, Wayne can be disguised as a dummy), Mission Space(The rocket can blast off into space!), The Seas with Nemo and Friends(An overtaker hideout, has to do with under The Sea song Jez played), Norway ride with the vikings(the vikings can be overtakers), The Kim possible World Showcase(When complete all missions you will get a clue to find Wayne, an anagram! Wayne set it up), Innovations(A clue could be there),

Hollywood Studios: StarTours(You get out of the space ship from Mission Space and the DHI's find R2-D2 and C3-PO and they lead them to Hollywood studios), The Indiana Jones attraction(The overtakers are taking the show), Fantasmic(The Kingdom Keepers have to face their biggest enemy yet, Toy Story Mania(Get a certain amount of points to get a clue), One Man's Dream(Finn gets the plans for the Cruise Line and the waterparks where the next books are), The American Idol Experience(There is supposedly a clue backstage). That is all my ideas! I am the BIGGEST fan of the Kingdom Keepers and love the Disney Parks and your books! I hope you get some inspiration from my ideas. You have the coolest job every, being a writer, that's what I want to be when I grow up! I will also can't wait when Peter and The Sword of Mercy when you are at Books and Books at coral Gables! The Kingdom Keepers are my favorite series! Keep on writing! Hope you pick some of my ideas and can't wait to see you guys again(see you at Science fair).

Oh, and watch out for Overtakers, and look for the key in Muppet Vision 3-D, stand under the singing in the rain umbrella, and sit in the back row in Star Tours in Hollywood studios.

Look for the hidden Mickeys in the Maelstrom mural and test Track, stay around and watch Off Kilter in Canada, and say "Danger is my cup of tea" to the person in the tea shop if you do the Kim Possible thing in EPCOT.

I just realized something. You know how when you're going on the Ellen DeGeneres ride, you have to go to the pre-show? The pre-show is in this giant room with, like, 5 televisions. When the employees close the doors, there's only two ways out.

1. the emergency exit
2. wait for the pre-show to be over so they open the doors.

I'm always freezing during that part. They always turn the air conditioning on highh because they need to fit so many people in there.

I guess that would be a great place for the OT to trap the KK. They wouldn't expect to be trapped in the pre-show room!

Also, because the ride is pretty old, the animatronics are slow. If the KK go in there at night, the dinosaurs should have slower reaction times because they aren't as new.

For example: if they go back to the POC, Captain Jack Sparrow has just recently been added and looks as though Johnny Depp is right there.

See what I'm saying?

Just a thought...

And now for Epcot:
Spaceship Earth, Mission: Space, Test Track, Ellen's Energy Adventure, The Seas with Nemo and Friends (hey, it's cute!), Journey into Imagination with Figment (another cute one), Soarin', that ride in Mexico, that ride in Norway, Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure, Illuminations....so much to do there!
Hope this helps!

Hi! Here are my ideas for Epcot: Kim Possible adventure (it's really fun and incorporates finding secret clues and technology, which makes sense for the series), Maelstrom in Norway (what if the trolls were Overtakers?), Innoventions (lots of new technology that the Overtakers or the DHIs could use, plus it's one of my favorites),Honey I Shrunk the Audience (it's in 3D and the scarier parts could be used by the Overtakers) and Soarin' (just because it's a great ride). Here are my ideas for Hollywood Studios: the magic of Disney animation (just because I love it), Toy Story Mania (it's an awesome ride, and it's in 3D), Turtle Talk With Crush (it's sort of like the idea of DHIs), and One Man's Dream (for obvious reasons). I can't wait for the books!

P.S.

Oh I love the kk books. I have only been to epcot so here what i think.
Test Track-You could make the car fly of the tracks and the kids have to drive the car themselves.
Nemo- you can have them look for clues and one of the tanks breaks and all the water comes out
Soarin- you can make the video have things its not supposed to and the screen catches on fire or something
Mealstrom;Norway- you could have the boat when its going backwards to actually go off the water fall and the kids have to jump off

7:23 PM
Anonymous mickey15615 said...

Tower of Terror, Rockin Rollar Coaster, Star Tours, Sourin, The Maelstrom, Universe of Energy (maybe the dinosaurs could come to life and attack the KKs?). BTW Ridley, when are u going to post the first few chapters of KK3?

Family goes to Disney yearly-

Some favs in EPCOT- Test Track, the nightly pyrotechnical show (good backdrop for drama), and any of the flower beds (large expanses that could hide a clue). Big fans of figment!

Hollywood Studios- Tower of Terror, Fantasmic, Toy Story Mania.

Would be cool to explore waterways that connect EPCOT and Studios!

Thanks for all your books! My daughters-age 14 and 12- still look forward to new titles.

As for favorite attractions: Tower of Terror, Rock n' Rollarcoaster, and Toy Story Mania.
As for EPCOT I love Soaring and Test Track and The World Showcase in general, esp. Paris.

I think Tower of Terror would be good. A lot of mystery seems to be lurking around that place. "Imagination" would be great place as well as "The Seas with Nemo" (formerly The Living Seas). Maybe a little underwater action there. Sky's the limit Ridley!!

I've never been to WDW but from what I've heard Fantasmic might be good since it has Maleficent. That might be a great way to end the series by having Mickey defeat Maleficent. That would be awesome. Or it could have the DHIs on Tower of Terror and they could discover The Overtakers lair ( like their version of Eschers Keep) these are just ideas! Hope you like them

I know its too late but I love at DHS: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster
Tower of Terror
Great Movie Ride
Toy Story Mania & Pixar Place itself.
and its not really a ride but the Animation Place where you can learn how they do the animation and walk through the different stations and then be able to draw a character if you like.
At Epcot I enjoy doing: the rides at The Seas with Nemo and Friends including Turtle Talk with Crush.
I also love walking around World Showcase and riding the Mexico ride. :)
