SEPTEMBER 2006 NEWSLETTER Hello All: The big news of the month is that we SPLIT the web site into two sides: adult and younger readers. We also created a blog for both sides, where you ask questions of me and of each other, rant, and even discuss baseball (I've noticed). On the adult blog, my favorite thing to do is submit weird crime links and solicit comments. We've had some interesting crimes so far. You can always email me at email@ridleypearson.com and make suggestions for blog topics, or email Nancy, my assistant at nancy@ridleypearson.com and she'll post them. Dave (Barry) and I begin a week long tour on Sept 18th (Minneapolis), 19th (Seattle), 20th (LA), 21 (Phoenix), 22 (Denver) for Escape From the Carnivale (a Never Land Book) as well as Peter and the Shadow Thieves (11 weeks on the NYTimes list—6 at #1 !!!). I'm cranking: Steel Trap (younger readers) is nearly done; just wrapped up the copyedit to KILLER WEEKEND; Dave and I cruising on the final installment in the Peter trilogy.
